ನೂತನ ವಿ.ಐ.ಪಿ. ಅತಿಥಿಗೃಹ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಪೂಜೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದ ಶಾಸಕಿ ರೂಪಕಲಾ ಎಂ. ಶಶಿಧರ್

     ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶಾಸಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರೂಪಕಲಾ ಎಂ ಶಶಿಧರ್ ರವರು ಕೆ.ಜಿ.ಎಫ್. ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೂತನವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿ.ಐ.ಪಿ. ಅತಿಥಿಗೃಹ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಪೂಜೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದರು.

ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಲೋಕೋಪಯೋಗಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗೃಹ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನೂತನವಾಗಿ ವಿ.ಐ.ಪಿ. ಅತಿಥಿಗೃಹ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನೂತನ ಕಟ್ಟಡವನ್ನು ರೂ.5.00 ಕೋಟಿ ಅಂದಾಜು ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶಾಸಕರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಕೆ.ಜಿ.ಎಫ್. ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಅತಿಥಿ ಗೃಹ ತುಂಬಾ ಹಳೆಯದಾಗಿದ್ದು ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡುವ ಗಣ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಉನ್ನತ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಬಳಸಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.  ಕೆ.ಜಿ.ಎಪ್. ನಗರದ ಬಳಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆಗಳು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಂಗಲು ಸೂಕ್ತ ಅತಿಥಿಗೃಹ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಕೆ.ಜಿ.ಎಫ್. ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಸುಸಜ್ಜಿತವಾದ ಅತಿಥಿ ಗೃಹ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. 

ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಗುತ್ತಿಗೆದಾರರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಶಾಸಕರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

       Hon'ble MLA madam Smt. Roopakala M. Shashidhar  held Bhoomi Pooja (ground breaking ceremony) for the construction of new  VVIP Guest House.

The new VIP Guest House will be built within the premises of the existing PWD Guest House at and estimate cost of Rs.5.00 crore.

While speaking MLA madam stated that the existing guest house in KGF is very old one and is not suitable for use by dignitaries and prominent government officers visiting the city. As the industries are being established at KGF, there is no suitable guest house for industrialists and officials to stay in. For these reasons, there was a need to construct a modern and well equipped guest house in KGF. 

Madam instructed the Engineers and contractor to comelete the work with in the stipulated time maintaining the quality in the work.
